A note on response times
We are a small team at an early stage. We do not use automated responses or routing systems for inbound enquiries. Every message is read by a person and responded to by a person. That means we ask for a little patience — and in return, you will get a considered reply rather than a template.
For urgent safeguarding matters that do not relate to a platform already using our system, please contact the relevant statutory services directly. We are not a crisis line.
